I’m committed to promoting work-life balance and self-care, including the sandwich generation caregivers. As a sandwich-generation caregiver, I’m often embattled with finding the sweet spot of prioritizing my life while caring for loved ones. I desire to create safe spaces for caregivers to navigate their feelings and emotions while ensuring we all feel supported.
